As we near completion of upgrading all customer sites to Totara version 18, we wanted to share some feedback with you. Our goal during major upgrades is to ensure minimal disruption to end users, which can be challenging to schedule given that the majority of our customers operate 24/7 services.
Our upgrades consistently proceed as planned, thanks to our thorough testing and rollout planning. This ensures a simple, issue-free, and, most importantly, seamless process for the customer and their end users.
We recently received positive feedback from a large NHS Trust, a long-standing customer that has 100% confidence in our processes and team.
Please pass my thanks to the team for the smooth upgrade to V18, the system was only down for less than 30 minutes and everything was as expected. Really pleased and ensured a return to normal business really efficiently.
